I appreciated the friendly staff. They quickly addressed all questions. The hotel's christmas decorations created a festive atmosphere. i found the billiards room offered a nice diversion. The historic ambience added to the overall charm of my stay.

i noticed the street-facing windows did let in some outside noise during the night.

The room was clean. It featured a coffee machine, and the staff provided extra coffee pods. I appreciated the iron and ironing board available for my convenience. The location was excellent though the roads to get there were closed.

I noticed there were no window shades. The only option was curtains. Also the space under the door allowed light to enter the room at night. I would appreciate darker shades to improve the sleeping environment.
